Patsy M Jones

Patsy grew up in Leonard, Oklahoma and was a graduate of Bixby High School. Patsy was married to Paul G Blevins and together they had four children; Bruce G, Brenda L, Brigett A and Beauregard C. Blevins. They moved to the Harris County area in 1974. They were married until Paul’s death in 1987. Patsy then met Larry Jones at Ducks Unlimited, where they were both members, and they were married on Feb 14th 1991. She was a homemaker and hard worker who loved her family. Patsy enjoyed many activities and was very creative. She was an excellent seamstress and made all of her children's clothing when they were young. She also enjoyed ceramics. She was very much into genealogy, and she and her daughter’s have been working on a family tree.

Patsy is preceded in death by her parents; Oliver Joe Massey and his wife Suzie May (Roberts), son Beauregard Blevins, and her first husband Paul Blevins.

Patsy is survived by her husband Larry Jones, her son Bruce Blevins and his wife Doris, daughters Brenda L Martin and her husband James, and Brigett A Schwarz and her husband Don, a brother Kenneth Massey, and a sister Betty Boyce, stepdaughter Robin Murphy and stepson Patrick Jones as well as 8 grandchildren; Melissa Dawn Henry, Jesse Brandon Cerda, Shannon Renee Cerda, Abby Mae Jones, Audrey Elizabeth Jones, Jake Calvin Murphy, Tyler Jackson Murphy, and Ella Grace Murphy, and 1 great grandchild, Jayde Elizabeth Cerda.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will take place June 4th, 2021 from 5-8 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held June 5th, 2021 at 2 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home Beaumont with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
