Norman Douglas “Doug” McLeod, 53, of Beaumont, passed away on Wednesday November 4, 2015 at his residence. Doug was born on October 4, 1962 in Beaumont, Texas to his parents Norman F. and Jacqueline Fox McLeod. He was preceded in death by his father Norman F. McLeod in February of this year.
Doug was an Aeronautical Engineer with NASA in Houston. He was an avid bowler, reader and collector of books, and artist. He also excelled in animation filming and always enjoyed the times he spent and had with his parents and rest of the family. Surviving Doug are his mother; Jacqueline A. McLeod of Beaumont, sisters; Teresa “Terri” McLeod of Baton Rouge, Vicky McLeod of Dickinson, seven nieces and nephews, and six great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday November 7, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. until funeral service time of 11:00 A.M. at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont.
