Marjorie Lucille Martin

Texas. Her precious life was filled with friends and family. She loved spending time with people, gardening and crafting, travelling, and caring for those she loved. In her younger years she worked for TSO in Beaumont. She was involved in church at Highland Avenue Baptist Church in Beaumont and later at CrestwoodBaptist Church in Lumberton.

Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Mikel Joice Martin, her son Ralph Edward Martin, and her daughter Glenda Joyce Partlow. She is survived by her son Gerald Lewis Martin of San Antonio, her son in law, Wayne Partlow and his wife Edith of Lumberton, her grandchildren, Sheila Ryan and husband Paul of San Antonio, Kimberly Crook and her husband Bill of Orlando, Florida, Lauren Sturm and her husband Brandon of Katy, Robert

Partlow and his wife Lindsay of Spring, Justin Partlow and his wife Jessica of Little Elm, 18 great grandchildren and countless dear nieces, nephews, and friends.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 10, 2014 at Crestwood Baptist Church in Lumberton, Texas with Brother Larry Stagg and Brother Parks Walker officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be at Crestwood Baptist Church one hour prior to the service.
