Joyce Elaine Linder, 79, of Vidor, died Monday, December 2, 2024 at Vidor Health and Rehabilitation Nursing Home in Vidor. A native of Torrance, CA., Joyce has lived in Vidor for 30 years and was retired from the Beaumont Enterprise. Joyce was an animal lover, Houston Oilers football fan, but her favorite past time was birdwatching, and spending time with family.
Cremation arrangements were entrusted with Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Beaumont.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Evelyn Hilliard.
Joyce is survived by her loving husband Thomas Linder, sister Evelyn Virginia "Cookie" Hilliard, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Joyce will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
