She was born on September 7 1939 to loving parents, Clifford and Katherine Self.
Beloved wife of Jack Wesley McCoy; loving mother of Tammy and Dale Freeman, Terri and Grant Moye, and the late Jack Wesley McCoy Jr. Sister of Peggy Smith, and the late June Linscomb and Marjorie Ainsworth. Caring grandmother of Cory and Alisha Moye, Wesley Moye, and Blake and Vicky Moye, Paul and Kristie Trahan. Great grandmother of thirteen.
She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother, and will be dearly missed.

A funeral service will be held on Friday September 30, 2011 at 11 am, in the Chapel at Forest
Lawn Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont Texas.
