My prayers go out you and your family.  I have known Jim for 12years and he was a beautiful person.  I loved our weekly talkes whether I listened and he gave me advice.  I will miss him very much.  Thank you for sharing him with me.  As he call me "Country Girl"

I miss you very much. I enjoyed our weekly talks. Well what I meant was that I listen and you did all talking. I will remember all the wise advice you given in the past 12yrs.  I will truly miss you but I will see you soon.

Mrs.Jo and family,  words of comfort from the word of God: 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 those that believe in Christ Jesus is only asleep and have fallen asleep in him(Jesus) .The Lord will come down from heaven with a loud command with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. Therefore comfort each other with these words.

To the entire Laudig family. I'm both shocked and equally sorrowful at the sudden loss of James.I haven't seen James in years, his brother Mike and my family were like kin folk during the baseball days in Beaumont, Texas back in the days of Evening Optimist and Northend Senior league. It was an era that made many good memories for many families here in the Beaumont, area. The kindness and goodness of both James and Mike during that era, will always be awesome memories. God bless Mike and the entire Laudig family! My family sends out sincere and deepest condolences at this time of your loss! We are deeply saddened and will pray for all of you to live on all the good memories James left all of us.

Dear Jo Ellen, Scott, Vicki, Jay and Kate,

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Jim. He and I were friends as kids and played baseball together all the way through French High School. Of course, back then, he was Jimmy Laudig and I was Bubba Pate. He and I had a great conversation a few months back at HEB and it was always great to catch up with him.

Jim was a good man and a great guy. He reflected great credit upon his country, his faith, his community, his family, and himself. Our prayers are with you.  God Bless You.
