James Roy Green Sr.
January 9, 1952 – June 19, 2012
IN THE CARE OF
James Roy Green Sr. age 60, passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2012 in Sulphur, Louisiana. He was born January 9, 1952 in Beaumont, TX to Reuben and Rachel Green.
James was an auto mechanic by trade and even owned his own transmission shop called “Red’s Auto and Transmission.” He loved fishing and hunting, and spending time with his grandchildren and family.
He was a loving father, brother, and grandfather, and will truly be missed by all.
He is survived by his son James Roy Green Jr. of Sulphur, Louisiana, one daughter, Rachel Simon of Sulphur, Louisiana, four brothers, Andrew Green of Fred, TX, Reuben Green of Beaumont, Charles Green of Beaumont, Earl Green of Port Acres, TX, and one sister, Lola Bryant of Lumberton, he is also survived by six grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Friday, June 22, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
