Ella was preceded in death by her husband Keynoth Eugene Price; sister, Lou Edward; and brother, Thomas Cyril Ezell. She is survived by a son, Robert Price and his wife, Felita; daughter, Beth Sternenberg and her husband, Bubba; sister, Ethel Jean Prater; grandchildren, Thad Price, Teia Picou, Traci Sternenberg Lemons, Kellie Price, Andrew Price; great grandchildren, Jacey Picou, Garrett Picou, Kyler Price, Karleigh Price, Emleigh Louise Droddy, and Danny Mac Droddy.
Visitation will take place Tuesday, December 20, 2011 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral services to be held Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
