Donald Wayne Bourque, 70, of Orange died Monday, April 11, 2022 at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas in Beaumont. A native of Port Arthur, Donald has lived in Orange since 1995 and was a longtime employee with PAISD. Donald was also proud to be a master plumber, pipefitter, and welder, and one of Donald's proudest achievements was when he received the apprentice of the year award while he was a plumber. Donald also enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking, and gardening, he was country boy and a cowboy.
Cremation arrangements were entrusted with Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Beaumont. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Morris and Hazel Bourque, his son Grady Bourque, and his brother-in-law Wilbur.
Donald is survived by his loving wife Ginger Bourque, sons, Mitchell Bourque and his wife Kayla, Marcus Bourque and his wife Amy all of Orange, daughters, Jen'ee Marie Bourque of Lumberton, Tesa Bourque and her children, and Hailey Bourque all of Orange, brothers, Mike Bourque of Orangefield, and Kelvin Bourque of Nederland, sisters, Sylvia Benoit of Orangefield, Debra Huffman and her husband Jack of Little Cypress, grandchildren, Annelise Raye, Declan, Laken, Zlyn, Amelia, Layla, Lyric, Lorelai, and Raylan, and four nephews, Wacey, Trey, Rodney, and Torry.
Donald will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
