Carl Edward Holton, 95, of Bevil Oaks, Texas passed away Sunday, September 18, 2011. He was born February 21, 1916 in Magnolia Springs, Texas to Thorpe and Nellie Holton.
Carl served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Holton and a son, Donald Holton. He is survived by his son, Robert A. Holton and wife, Sherry; daughter, June Fitzer; daughter in law, Angie Holton; 9 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Visitation will take place Tuesday, September 20, 2011 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral services to be held Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Forest Lawn Funeral Home chapel.
