Paul is survived by his daughters Marissa Stempien and Vanessa Stempien; his sister Priscilla Zarichny and his brother Walter Stempien.
Paul served in the United States Army in Vietnam. Throughout his life, he loved to laugh and spend time with family, the biggest loves of his life were his daughters. As a child, Paul loved to play cops and robbers as well as cowboys and indians, as he got older he enjoyed playing baseball and football with neighborhood kids under the street lights. He faithfully followed his favorite football team, The Pittsburg Steelers and loved having a good time with good food, especially tacos, chile rellenos, boysenberry or lemon meringue pie and anything chocolate. He loved to dance and travel, and he was always smiling.
