Irene Patricia Ellis

Irene Ellis, 66 years old of Beaumont, California, passed away at home surrounded by her family on January 23, 2017 after losing her fight to cancer. She was born on August 1, 1950 in Glendale, California. Irene grew up in the Antelope Valley and graduated from Antelope Valley High School in 1969. Irene always loved taking care of others. After her kids were grown, she decided to go back to school to become a Nurse. In 2006, Irene graduated from High Desert Medical College and was Valedictorian of her class. Irene moved to Beaumont, California in 2009 where she worked as a Home Health Nurse for 8 years.

There is no question, Irene’s happiest times were spent laughing with her two sons Michael and Thomas. Her greatest achievement in life was becoming Grandma (Bean) to Rebecca, Rachel, Kelso and Kalissa. Irene loved her family more than anything and will be missed by all.
