William Thomas (Tom) Bradshaw

He was born in Rockport, Texas on December 29, 1937 to Sarah Elizabeth Bradshaw and Oscar Dallas Bradshaw. He was a standout athlete at Rockport High School where he met his future wife, Linda Beth Deason. After their marriage, they settled in Baytown, Texas where he worked for Western and Southern Life Insurance Company for over 30 years

He was a member and greeter at Second Church in Baytown, Texas - always greeting folks with a smile, a hug, and a peppermint candy. He bowled for over 60 years and his bowling alley friends became his extended family. He also enjoyed the outdoors especially hunting and fishing. He hunted, fished, and bowled into the last year of his life. He also got great pride out of watching his children and grandchildren play football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, track, swimming, and even a few dance recitals.

He was preceded in death by his mother, father, and his step-father, Fred Harvey.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Linda; his brother and his wife, Ed and Shirley Bradshaw of Rockport, Texas; his 2 sons and their families, Freddy and Leslie Bradshaw of Cypress and Jeff and Angela Bradshaw of Anahuac; grandchildren: Kyle Bradshaw and his wife Krystal, Lindsey and her husband Stewart Massie, Travis Bradshaw, Chris and his wife Erica Bradshaw, and Kara Bradshaw; and 9 great grandchildren: Lucy Bradshaw, Violet Bradshaw, Hayden Massie, Mackenzie Massie, Clara Massie, Thomas Bradshaw, Eli Bradshaw, Olivia Bradshaw, and Madilynn Bradshaw.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m., Monday, April 19, 2021, at Navarre Funeral Home, 2444 Rollingbrook Dr., Baytown, TX 77521. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, April 20, 2021, in the Navarre Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Earthman Memory Gardens Cemetery, 8624 Garth Rd., Baytown, TX 77521.

Serving as pallbearers will be Kyle Bradshaw, Travis Bradshaw, Chris Bradshaw, Johnny Zink, Ted Branecky, and Bo Masters. Honorary pallbearers will be Paul Flower and Jeff West.
