Victor Saldivar, Sr., 59, of Baytown, passed away Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at his home. He was born April 8, 1951 in Matamoros, Mexico, had lived in Baytown since 1974, was a pipefitter for K.B.R., operator for T.P.C. and he also loved playing music.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia Cienfuegos Saldivar of Baytown; parents, Carlos Saldivar and Elvia Guillen Saldivar; children, Victor Saldivar, Jr., Nereyda Aguilar and her husband Carlos, Eliseo Saldivar and his wife Shayna, Daniel Saldivar and his wife Shannon, Dee Saldivar and Virginia Lynn Saldivar all of Baytown; brothers, Armondo Saldivar of Brownsville, Juan Saldivar of Baytown, Carlos Saldivar of San Antonio and Moises Saldivar of Brownsville; sisters, Ludivina Snyder, Nereyda Arizmendi and Rosa Elvia Pena all of Brownsville; grandchildren, Christian Aguilar, Zander Aguilar, Gabriella Saldivar and Jayden Aguilar and numerous nieces and nephews and a host of loving in-laws.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 12, 2010 at Navarre Funeral Home.
