He was preceded in death by his parents, Elias and Mary Ghobrial; brother, Mamdouh Ghobrial; sister, Tahiat Rizkallah, and nephews, Atef I. Rizkallah, MD and Sameh Rizkallah. He is survived by his wife, Judith Ghobrial of Baytown; sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph and Marilu Ghobrial of Houston and Peter and Dae Eun Ghobrial of Austin; brother and sister-in-law, Maged and Amani Ghobrial of Baytown; nieces and nephews, Dr. Dallal and Dr. Magdy Abdelsayed and Nora Rizkallah, all of Baytown; and Sari Rizkallah of Brussels Belgium; and great nieces and great nephews, Mary and Mina Ghobrial, William and Amy Rizkallah, and Christine, John, and Maggie Abdelsayed, all of Baytown and Sara and Silvia Rizkallah of Brussels, Belgium.
Funeral services will be Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Archangel Coptic Orthodox Church, 14220 Crescent Landing, Houston, TX 77062 with Father Athanasius Kaldas officiating. Bury will follow at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery.
In lieu of usual remembrances, contributions may be made to the Archangel Coptic Orthodox Church building fund.
