Ronnie worked for J.M. Huber for 30+ years until retirement. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War and had a passion for horses and cattle.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Opal Petty.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Petty; daughters and sons-in-law, Tracy and David Lopez, Tammey and Bubba Campbell, and Toie Herring & Travis Pletz; grandchildren, Christopher York, Charles Henry (Bubba) Campbell, Nicholas York, Christina York, Justin Campbell, Evan Herring, and Lindsey Campbell; 15 great grandchildren and 1 expected great grandchild.
The family will receive friends for visitation from 5-8 PM on Friday, October 4, 2024 at Navarre Funeral Home. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday October 5, 2024 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Navarre Funeral Home, with interment and Military Honors to follow in Cedarcrest Cemetery, Baytown, TX.
