Paul Hernandez

Paul “Humphrey” Hernandez, age 66, of Baytown, Texas passed away on February 18, 2023. He was born on April 1, 1956 to parents Julia and Isabel Hernandez. He is preceded in death by his parents and his sisters Esther Gutierrez, Janie Flores and Lydia Munus.

Humphrey was a U.S. Navy veteran. He worked in the shrimping industry at various docks. He also worked as a carpenter for several different companies. Humphrey enjoyed fishing, camping, and climbing the Georgia Pines.

Humphrey is survived by his son Johnny Hernandez and daughter Leticia Hernandez; grandchildren Lisett and Jaden Hernandez; as well as his nieces and nephews and many loving cousins.

The family will receive guests for visitation on Thursday, March 2, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Earthman Baytown Funeral Home, 3919 Garth Road, Baytown, Texas 77521. A celebration of life service will follow at 12:00 PM and the committal service will follow immediately after service at Hill of Rest Cemetery in Baytown, Texas.
