She was preceded in death by her mother, Rita Martinez Hinojosa; and sister, Ninfa Hinojosa Torres.

She is survived by her four children, Angela M. Torres, Corina L. Avalos, Ramiro Avalos III, Georgina M. Dominguez; four grandchildren; father, Jose Hinojosa and wife; three brothers, Joseph Hinojosa, Joe Manuel Hinojosa, and Christopher Hinojosa; six sisters, Yolanda Hinojosa, Magdalena Hinojosa, Minerva Hinojosa, Julia Aguilera, Lisa Uresti, and Maria Davila; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1124 Beech St., Baytown, TX 77520.

Interment will follow at Earthman Memory Gardens Cemetery, 8624 Garth Rd., Baytown, TX 77521.
