Mary Alice Marks

Mary Alice Trousdale Marks, 53, of Dayton, TX, passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2014. She was born on January 20, 1960 to Doylee and Madeline Trousdale in Jacinto City, TX. She graduated from Barbers Hill High School in Mt. Belvieu, TX. She retired from Union Pacific Railroad after almost 20 years.

She was preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by her husband, Stephen Marks; daughters, Ashley Cook and husband Thomas Cook, Jr., and Alisa Marks; grandchildren, Levi, Madison, and Landon Cook; mother, Madeline Trousdale; sister, Donna Schmadl; brother, Doylee Trousdale, Jr.; as well as various nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday, January 10, 2014 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Earthman Funeral Home, 3919 Garth Rd., Baytown, TX 77521, (281)422-8181.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Earthman Funeral Home, 3919 Garth Rd., Baytown, TX 77521.

Interment will follow at Palms Cemetery, Hwy 146, Dayton, TX.
