Lanelle Johnson

She loved to read, do puzzles on her kindle fire and watch her Texas Rangers play. She loved her family and friends. Also her cat Lucy and her grandpups Chloe, Trixie and Odie.

Lanelle was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ira and Viva Williams (Big Dad and Big Mama); mother and step-father, Elva and Arnold McKay; husband of 54 years, Jimmie D. Johnson and granddaughter Melinda Sue Johnson.

She is survived by her sons, Mark and Dwayne Johnson and wife, Tammy; cat Lucy grandpups, Chloe, Trixie and Odie; sisters, Delois Bishop and husband, Mike and Anita Jackson and husband, Rod as well as numerous nieces nephews and friends. She will truly be missed by all who knew her

The family will receive visitors at Navarre’s Funeral Home at 2444 Rollingbrook Dr. Baytown, TX 77521 from 6:00-8:00p.m. on Sunday, July 8, 2018. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 9, 2018 also at Navarre Funeral Home with burial to follow at The Barbers Hill Cemetery
