Kenneth was born to Leland Cole and Mabel Searles Cole, September 2, 1941, in Baytown, Texas. He graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1960 and attended Lee College. He married Sue Green Cole in 1962, and they lived together in Baytown, Texas. Together they raised 3 children.
He is survived by: 2 daughters, Karen Cole Harrison (Randy Harrison), and Kimberly Cole Williams (Joe Williams). He also leaves to cherish his memory grandchildren Brittni Cole (Amanda), Joshua Cole (Sandra), Morgan McQueen (Cody), Madison Abshier (Josh), Caleb Harrison, Samuel Harrison, Cameron Williams, Liam Williams, Alan Beistegui (Lauren) and Mallory Beistegui. Great grandchildren are Amilia, Lana, Jude, Smith, and Henry. He also had many wonderful nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by Leland Cole, (father), Mabel Cole, (mother), Darlene Hart, (sister) and Gregory Brent Cole (son).
Kenneth worked as an engineer for Union Pacific Railroad for 32 years. He enjoyed photography and traveling with his wife, Sue. He was also actively involved with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren whom he adored.
A memorial service is scheduled for May 19, 2023, 3:00 at Earthman Funeral Home. Lynn Harrison will officiate the ceremony. The family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Wounded Warrior, or your favorite charity. The family would also like to thank all the doctors, nurses, and caretakers for standing by him through all his health issues.
