Kelsey Nicole Davis, age 27, of Baytown, Texas passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2023. She was born on July 3, 1995 to Hilda Davis and Randall Davis. She graduated from Ross S. Sterling High School in Baytown. Kelsey worked at Bayside Mitsubishi in LaPorte, Texas.
Kelsey was a kind and considerate person. Yet, for the people that knew her, she was so much more than that. She had a wonderful sense of humor. It was funny, she was the first one to laugh at herself. She loved to smile and that smile was a warm and loving smile. Her laughter was always genuine. She was a very caring person. Anyone she met instantly loved her.
Kelsey loved her Dad, going on vacations, spending holidays/special occasions that brought her family together. With a few words, she could melt her mother's heart. She loved going to the salon and shopping with her Mom. She possessed the attribute of always wanting to be involved and being in the center of assisting and helping others. She liked to think of herself as a private person, but yet shared herself with her friends unreservedly. Every one of her closest friends were chosen by their unique and wonderful ways. She would only see the good in you. If you ever called Kelsey your best friend, you were a beautiful person. She sought you out and wanted you to know you mattered.
Kelsey was always ready for the next adventure. She wanted you to laugh even if it meant putting on an over the top outfit, filling a tub with balloons and diving in. She was full of life and was an eye stopper everywhere she went. Kelsey was just full of fun!
Kelsey loved rescuing cats. It was not uncommon on any day for her to bring one home simply because the poor cat had "nowhere else to go." She also loved her tiny little yorkie-baby, "Mr. Wiggles."
Kelsey is preceded in death by her grandparents Idolina and Raymond Sanchez; and grandfather RD Davis; and uncle Robert Sanchez. She is survived by her father Randall Davis and step mother Rachel Davis, mother Hilda Davis and step father John Lindgram; grandmother Clara Davis; Godparents Raymond and Maria Sanchez; sisters Melissa (Ron) Najera, Sarah (Nick) Fieler, Holly (Joshua) Hanna; nieces and nephews Shaylee, Katelyn, Lauren, Samanta, Ashlee, Aubrey, Everly, Dylan, Landon, and Mason.
