Keith Carr, 53, of Baytown, TX was born October 5, 1951 in Baytown and passed away at his home Sunday, February 13, 2005. He was a graduate of Ross S. Sterling High School and The University of Houston and was the owner of Carr’s City Tire, which was started by his father almost 40 years ago. He loved to hunt, fish and spend time outdoors.
His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will Thursday, February 17, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with Dr. Jay Wash and J. T. Griggs officiating. Burial will follow at Midway Cemetery in Polk County at 2:00 p.m.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jimbo Wise, Paul Wayne Daniel, Artie Presley, J. R. Rocha, Eddie Bakmeier, and Al Jack.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Alline Carr and is survived by his son, Kody Carr of Baytown; brother and sister-in-law, Kippy Dale and Ann Marie Carr of Pagosa Springs, CO; granddaughter, Kaylin Carr of Baytown; and numerous other relatives and friends.
