Judy Katherine Ainsworth Matlock

1946-2023

On November 23, 2023 our beloved wife, mother and Gaga passed away peacefully with Family by her side at the age of 76. She was loved and cherished by all who met her.

Judy was born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee on December 13, 1946 and spent most of her life in Baytown, Tx.

Judy is preceded in death by her Parents James and Gladys Ainsworth, brothers Tommy Ainsworth, Ralph Ainsworth, Guy Ainsworth, and sister Mildred Ainsworth.

She is survived by her loving husband Herman Pate Matlock of Moscow, TX. Children; Shana (Paula) Wolfe, Shelly (Kirk) Lumus, Brian Matlock, Christy Robins, Kathy Robins, Amber (Rick Johnson, William (Staci) Holder. Grandchildren Starlyn (Robert) Villarreal, Christopher Wallen, Cody Hinton, Austin Matlock, Katie Johnson, Kyle Johnson, Maranda Mekalip, Landon Mekalip, Ashton Wolfe, Cole, Robbie, Stephanie, Jade, Cassady, Montana, and JD Holder as well as fur grandbaby Klaus. Great grandchildren- Keegan, Liam, Logan, Bella and Emersyn. Brother Harold (Marlyn) Ainsworth and Sister Mary (David) Griffies.

Judy was the loving Aunt to her special niece Joyce Ann Dawson along with many other nieces/nephews and several very special neighbors and friends.

Services are under the direction of Navarre Funeral Home in Baytown, Tx. The family will be holding a visitation for family and friends from 6-8 pm on Monday, November 27th, 2023, with a small service to start at 7pm. Judy will be carried to her final resting place in Moscow, Tx on Tuesday, November 28th, 2023. Graveside service will begin at 11 am.
