Juan J Martinez

Juan J. Martinez, 51, of Baytown, went to be with his Lord and Savior, March 25, 2012. He was born on June 23, 1960, and began an articulate lifestyle. By 1988, he had moved to Baytown and began working in the construction. Outside of work he was a master craftsman as well as an artist. His specialty in art was Western art. He enjoyed fishing, hunting collecting Indian art. Overall, he loved on his ’69 Chevelle. Aside from that, he loved country music and helping others. He will always be loved and deeply missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Refugio H. Martinez and Alicia A. Martinez; brother, Arturo Martinez and sister, Margarita Martinez.

He is survived by his brother, Mario A. Martinez; sisters, Maria A. Martinez, Norma A. Alvarado and Janie Perez; brother-in-law, Adrian Perez; sister-in-law, Sylvia A. Martinez; nephew, Mario A. (Keisha) Martinez, Jr.; nieces, Alice A. (Fred) Martinez Allen, Crystal L. (Malcolm) Martinez Roy, Ariel A. and Rebecca A. Perez; great nieces and nephews, Frederick G. Allen, Armani V. Martinez, Amario L. Allen, Isyss

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 28, 2012, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Earthman Funeral Home, with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be Thursday, March 29, 2012, at 2:00 p.m., in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Mario A. Martinez, Fred Allen, Malcolm E. Roy, Adrian Perez, Mario Tovar and Mariano Mata.
