Jim Allen Jordan, age 90, passed away with peace and grace in Huffman, Texas on October 14, 2021, with family at his side. He was born on January 17, 1931, in Rosebud, Texas to the late Ira Ervin and Minnie Lee Jordan. He was the youngest of three children.
When Jim entered Heaven, he was reunited with his loving wife of 67 years, Pansy. Their bonds of holy matrimony lasted a lifetime. A loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, Jim loved his family above all else. He recognized that the love of a family is one of life's greatest blessings. While you have left an empty place in our hearts, you have also provided us with a lifetime of memories.
Jim was preceded in death by his wife, Pansy Mae Carroll Jordan; parents, Ira Ervin Jordan and Minnie Lee Duke Jordan; brothers, Robert Ervin Jordan and Jessie Ernest Jordan; and granddaughter Rachel Denise Yasso.
Jim is survived by his son, Jimmy Jordan of Huffman; daughters, Sherilyn Hunt and husband John of Huffman, and Stacy Torres and husband Julio of Huffman; grandsons, Dillon Yasso of Huffman, Tyler Yasso of Huffman, Brandon Villeneuve and wife Leah of Meridian, and Joshua Torres of Huffman; granddaughters, Shelby Hamilton and husband Cash Hamilton of Huffman, and Jordyn Torres of Huffman.
Serving as Pallbearers will be Dillon Yasso, Tyler Yasso, Brandon Villeneuve, Joshua Torres, Cash Hamilton and Ryan Fagan. Family, friends, and others, whose lives Jim touched are invited to the viewing at Earthman Funeral Home, 3919 Garth Road, Baytown, TX 77521, on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, from 4-5 p.m. for family and 5-8 p.m. for public. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at 8:30 a.m. at Earthman Funeral Home. Burial will follow at San Jacinto Memorial Cemetery, 14659 East Freeway, Houston, TX 77015.
