Jean Cansler

Jean Cansler, 79, of Baytown was born September 16, 1929 in Baytown and passed away Friday, August 14, 2009 at home. She was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School and was a member of Cedar Bayou United Methodist Church. She retired from Sears with 35 years of service.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Vance and Erma McBride; husband, Don. M. Cansler; and brother, V. H. �Buddy� McBride Jr. and is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Doc and Donna Woolsey and Les and Tina Woolsey, all of Mont Belvieu; grandchildren, Chase and Ashton Woolsey of Mont Belvieu and Taylor Woolsey of Nassau Bay; and sister-in-law, Carolyn McBride of Baytown.

Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Sunday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Graveside services will be Monday, August 17, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Cedarcrest Cemetery with Rev. Carol Turner officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Burl McBride, Blake McBride, Byron McBride, Brad McBride, Jim Moss, Mark Madrano, Leslie Smith and Jay Cornelius.
