Janet Mashell Ortiz, 42, of Liberty, went to her heavenly home January 27, 2015.She was born to the late Cheryl Elaine Whittington and Harold Lloyd Whittington Sr.
She is preceded in death by her parents Cheryl Elaine Whittington, Harold Lloyd Whittington and Grandma Grace.
She is survived by her children, Kristy Ortiz, AJ Ortiz, Tatiana Ortiz and Carlos Ortiz and her brothers Harold Whittington Jr, and Jason Whittington. She is also survived by her grandson Antonio Ortiz and many aunts, cousin and nieces. As well as her close friends Tina Trahan and her UTMB Family.
A visitation will be held Friday, January 30, 2015 5pm - 8pm with rosary from 7pm-8pm with refreshments at Earthman Funeral Home in Baytown.
Funeral services will be Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 3pm with refreshments to follow services all being held at Earthman Funeral Home in Baytown.
