James E. Crockett, Jr., 85, of Baytown was born April 19, 1930, and passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2015, in a local hospital. He was a U. S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James E. and Muset Crockett; brother, Harold Crockett; and sister, Dolores Burgess. He is survived by his sons, James E. Crockett III of Baytown and Charles David Crockett of Pleasanton; grandson, Caleb James Crockett of Deer park; and many nieces and nephews.
His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home on Friday, May 29, 2015, beginning at 1:00 p.m. with a funeral to follow at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow on Saturday, May 30, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. in the Antioch Cemetery in Buna.
