Jacqueline Sue Pena, 63, of Baytown passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 5, 2013. Jacqueline was born on February 12, 1950 in Galveston, TX and lived for many years in Katy, TX where she raised her two sons. She later settled in Baytown to be near her mother and her siblings. She was a dedicated employee of Walgreens, a company she proudly worked for as a beauty advisor for nearly thirty years. Jacqueline had a passion for reading and enjoyed all genres of literature. Her greatest joy was helping care for her three-year-old twin grandsons.
Jacqueline was preceded in death by her parents, J.R. Heiman and Mildred Carithers, and her sister, Joella Everett. She is survived by her sons, Christopher Pena of Denver, CO and Jeffrey Pena of Baytown; her grandsons, Liam and Lennon Fair of Baytown; her brothers and sisters-in-law, Stephen and Florence Heiman, of Baytown and Doyle and Patsy Heiman of Texas City; her sister, Angela Todd of Houston; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 9, 2013 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home in Baytown. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Eddie Norris will officiate. Serving as pallbearers will be David Heiman, Kevin Heiman, Brandon Todd, Dustin Todd, Samson Heiman, and Jason Moyer. Burial will be in Cedarcrest Cemetery.
