Hazel is preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, William Linton Dew; her parents; sons, William Arline and Charles Lewis; daughter, Patsy Jean; great grandson, Ryan Linton Little; brothers, A.C. Lewis, Lesley Lewis, Clyde Lewis; and her sister, Lena Mae Lockhart.
Hazel is survived by her daughter, Delores Ehrlich; daughter and son in law, Brenda and Eddie Norris; son and daughter in law, Glenn and Annette Dew; several grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 33 great great grandchildren.
The family will receive guests for visitation on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 12:00 PM, with committal services following at 1:30 PM.
