Freddie Zlomke Jr, 89, of Woodville, TX passed away May 22, 2020. He was born in Baytown, TX October 30, 1930. He was one of the first set of twins born in Humble Refinery Hospital, in Baytown. He lived in Baytown for 60 years then retired to Woodville where he lived for 29 years. He married June Zlomke on May 27, 1950 in Liberty TX and they were married for 70 beautiful and loving years. Freddie graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in Baytown. Served in Armed Forces and National guard for 16 years retired from Exxon Chemical after 33 years. He served as a deacon in the Baptist church for 48 years. Freddie was an avid hunter, he loved boating and fishing, and loved most of all spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his Parents, Fred Zlomke Sr. and wife Mattie, Lillie and Hayden Poole; Mother-in-law Cleo Fox; Brother Johnny Zlomke Sr.; and Daughter-in-law Kathy Zlomke.
He is survived by his Wife June Zlomke; Sister-in-law Vaudine Zlomke; Sons Fred Zlomke III and Jerry Zlomke; Grandchildren Jamie and Todd Hicks, JW Zlomke Jr., Kayde and Justin Mueller, Callie Zlomke, and Fallon Zlomke; Great Grandchildren Kaelin Hicks, Trip Zlomke, Aiden Mueller, Macie Hicks Gavin Mueller, and Ainsley Mueller; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers Trip Zlomke, JW Zlomke, Todd Hicks, Justin Mueller, Aiden Mueller, and Gerry Rosier.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2020 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home, 2444 Rollingbrook Dr, Baytown, TX 77521. Funeral Service will be at Friday, May 29, 2020 at 10 a.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with a burial to follow at Cedar crest Cemetery.
