Frankie was born in Panama City, Panama on April 20th, 1964 to Emma and Roberto Rangel.
Frankie was a pilot truck escort, owned a car dealership and many memorable bars throughout the years, but his life was raising his triplet boys.
Frankie had a passion for fishing, cooking, traveling and riding his Harleys. He was known as the best Poppa by his grandkids that he adored and the life of the party by his friends (Woo Woo).
Frankie was preceded in death by his mother Emma Rangel, his father Roberto Rangel and his brother Jeorge Rangel.
Frankie is survived by his brother Robert “Bobby” Rangel; his sister Linda Johnson; his 3 sons and daughter in-laws, William and Jennifer Rangel, Robert and Hillary Rangel and Frank II and Marilyn Rangel; his grandkids: Frank “Tripp” Rangel III, Ryker Rangel, Jack Rangel, Aria Rangel and
Rhys Rangel; his dog Dolly, best friend happy Jack and many more.
Services will be held at Earthman Baytown Funeral Home, 3919 Garth Road, Baytown, Texas 77521 on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. Visitation for Frank will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with funeral services at 11:00 AM, the committal service will follow at Earthman Memory Gardens Cemetery, 8624 Garth Road, Baytown, Texas 77521.
