Francis was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She was everyone’s mom and a loved caretaker of many. Francis loved and enjoyed knitting, crocheting, gambling, shopping, taking road trips to visit family, and traveling to see her grandchildren at college to make sure that they had everything they needed. Francis Luna (known as Kroger Lady) worked cashiering for Krogers on Alexander and retired after 33 years of service. She was married to Luis R. Luna for 55 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert A. Munoz and Maria De Jesus Conteras; husband, Luis R. Luna; daughter, Leticia Razo; brothers, Raul Munoz and David Munoz; sister, Amelia Ovalle; and daughter-in-law, Velma Franco.
Francis is survived by her sons and daughter-in-laws, Isauro Franco Jr. (Rosie), Jose Luis Gonzales (Lisa); daughter and son-in-laws, Esmeralda Marroquin (Ramero), Virginia Ramirez, Letitia Morales, Arispe (Frank); brothers and sister-in-laws, Robert C. Munoz (Estela), Juan M. Munoz (Josie), Jose M. Munoz (Angie); sisters and brother-in-laws, Rebecca Hernandez (Jesse), Mary L. Villarreal; 23 grandchildren, 57 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held from 5-8 pm, Friday, July 29, 2022, at Navarre Funeral Home, 2444 Rollingbrook Dr., Baytown, Texas 77521. Funeral service will be held at 1 pm, Saturday, July 30, 2022, at Navarre Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Earthman Memory Gardens Cemetery, in Baytown, Texas.

Following the interment a gathering of family and friends will take place from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Bayway Church, 7815 Bayway Dr., Baytown, TX 77520.
