Her daughter, Isabella Flores (17), calls her mother her “light in the darkness of the world”. Her son, Salem Joy (12), calls his mother “magnificent”. Her daughter, Philomena Joy (11), says that her mother is everything to her. Her son, Haven Joy (9), says that “no matter what her physical condition, she took care of us”. Her son, Zion Tell (3), calls her “Pretty Momma”. Her husband, Brian says that she was a very giving woman who had the largest capacity for love of anyone he has ever met.
Elizabeth (Beth) is also survived by her parents, Robert (Bob) and Kathleen (Kathy) Botto and sister Catherine (Katie) Knudson and husband Cade of Cibolo, TX. Other family reside in the states of Virginia and New York.
Viewing will be at Trinity Assembly, 1008 E. Lobit, Baytown TX 77520, at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 1, 2018, with services following at 2:00 p.m. Graveside services for close family and friends will follow in Memory Gardens immediately after the service.
