Gene Mullins, 79 of Baytown, Texas, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2020. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 56 years Joyce Mullins; Children, Billy Gilbert and wife Cathy, Steve Dickson and wife Chris, Jeff Mullins and wife Becky, Gena Diamond and Bill, and Stacy Baird. Grandchildren, Alana Smith and husband Kevin, Tyler Vestal and fiance Hilda Alvarez, Kyle Diamond and fiance Hailegh Wingo, Lexi Garza and husband Chris, and Hanna Baird. Great-grandchildren, Lyla and Harrison Smith, son in law, Allen Vestal, beloved sisters, brother, numerous nieces and nephews and many good friends. And last but not least, his big, red dog, Jack.
He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and retired from Exxon after 30 plus years of service. In his retirement years he enjoyed spending time with his family, gardening, fishing, and watching all sports. Especially, the Barbers Hill Eagles!
Visitation Services will be held at Earthman Funeral Home Tuesday, October 27 from 5-8pm. Come celebrate his life and share your stories with his family.
