Dwayne Bennett Morris

Dwayne Bennett Morris, 53, of Baytown was born August 19, 1955 in Houston and passed away Friday, May 22, 2009 at home. He was a member of Cedar Bayou Baptist Church and the Pipefitters Union Local #211.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Tipton Morris and is survived by his wife, Deborah Gayle Morris of Baytown; son, Shane Tipton Morris of Conroe; daughter, Ashleigh Morris of Pasadena; stepdaughter, Crystal Cory of Baytown; mother, Ernestine Morris of Baytown; brothers, Michael Morris of Baytown and Darrell Morris of Highlands; and grandchildren, Isaiah White and Jack Cory.

His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Monday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Cedar Bayou Baptist Church, 3116 N. Alexander Dr., Baytown, TX 77520 with Dr. Mark Broussard officiating. Burial will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Creek Cemetery in Austonio.
