Dr. David Phillip Hall Jr., 51, of Baytown was born November 24, 1957 in Houston and passed away Friday, May 1, 2009 at home. He was a graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and did his residency at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital in Baytown. He was in private practice before becoming the Emergency Department medical director at East Houston Regional Medical Center. He was also the medical director for the City of Baytown EMS, North Channel EMS and South Lake EMS. He enjoyed scuba diving, hunting and riding his horses and motorcycle.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Hall and is survived by his wife, Allison Lum Hall and daughters, Rebekah Anne Hall and Micaiah Addilee Hall, all of Huffman; father, David Phillip Hall Sr. and wife, Ruby of Burnsville, NC; sisters and brothers-in-law, Debbie and Robert Herrera and Dawn and Rob McCain and nieces and nephews, Shane and Cherice Herrera and Austin McCain, all of Pasadena; and numerous other family members and friends.
His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with Rev. Rob Morris officiating.
