Local musician, Danny Michael Brand of Baytown, Texas left this world to join the legends in heaven on Friday, March 1, 2019. He was born on November 13, 1963 in Baytown, Texas to Max and Sharon (Minard) Brand.
Danny taught himself to play bass guitar around the age of 16. As his talent developed, he joined the band Interphase during the mid 80’s, blasting bass guitars, bass guitar synthesizers, and keyboards. His Interphase brothers were Noel Avalos, and James Bradley. Learning and absorbing as much as he could musically in the 90’s, he landed in the deep end of the blues. The Blue Coyotes was brought forth by Jonn Richardson, Jude Cwalenski, and Danny Brand.
