Cindy you will be perpetually missed. I thank you for welcoming me, even though your first impression of me was questionable, lol. But because of you, by helping me gain employment that forced me to grow up, I became a better person and for that I am forever grateful. Rest in peace  Cindy, I know I'll see you again one day.

I can’t tell any specific memory because anytime  I was with her, she always put the biggest smile on my face & always showed me such humongous amounts of love. Although we would go shopping a lot & she’d always tell me to tell papa everything was 25$ when we all knew it was more. I’ll miss those times when we were at her house & we’d listen to music singing to each other smiling while holding each other’s hand. So many memories that will never be forgotten. Being around you was such a blessing. I love you forever

Words cannot begin to express this empty feeling I have in my heart. I want to thank you for being my mom and teaching me all the life lessons you have over the years. I will look over dad while you are gone, although I might need your help once in a while. Tell papa Felix and papa Floyd hello for me and that I love them and also they better be nice to you. I love and miss you in every breath I take.

I have known Cindy since elementary school. She was always so very sweet and caring such a angel.  I am so sorry for your families loss. Praying for your family.  God bless

You will always have a special place in my heart and I know God only takes the best an you are first class! Although I met Mrs.Cynthia only three times she made me feel as if I was part of the family and she made me know that I had her support. She was a problem solver, a hard worker, an outstanding wife, mother and grandmother. I will miss how she would make me feel comfortable every time I came around, she never left me out. I am grateful to have met Mrs.Cynthia, she was one of a kind. I know she is resting peacefully and watching over all of us, my family sends prayers to all her friends and family.

I have known Cynthia since 1979 I met her through our neighbors the Lafrentz,  my family just moved here from Florida . Cynthia and I were in separateable from then on. We went on major trip to Arkansas for our friend LaLaura's Wedding because we were bridesmaid in my senior year. 
I was also invited to go with her family to Louisiana. When I graduated from high school I started working full-time @ Visible Changes she would stop by to see me . I was invited to her first baby shower.    but we lost touch when I moved back to Florida but I tried to see her when I was in town to see my family.  You will be missed very much and thank you being my  friend and  making me laugh 

My beautiful sister Cynthia was definitely one of a kind.  She had the biggest heart!  Her family was everything to her. She was beautiful inside and out. Our hearts are broken we are lost without her💔

Mrs. Gipson was a dynamic lady with an infectious smile.  She was a very supportive wife and mother.  I watched her raise her daughters ( and me) to become beautiful family oriented women.  She was a second mother to me.  We all lived on Sandalwood Circle in Quail Hollow (a protected Circle). Mrs. Gipson would always make  sure I had a ride home after basketball practice and  games.  She was very caring and protective of her family and friends.  Also, incredibly  strong and fun to be around.  She will truly be missed!  Stay strong, Ladies!  ❤️🙏🏽  

I haven't known this family for long, we moved in next door to Courtney and Brittney about a year or so ago. But in that short time we got to be like family. Cindy and Felix had the best time sitting in our driveway July 4th watching all the kids big and small pop fireworks. She took my two little ones in that night as part of her own crew, helping my son open up his stuff and send him off to his Daddy to light it. I appreciated her for that. But, I think my favorite memory was the back yard crawfish boil we had. She kept telling my husband she liked it spicy, but by the end of the evening she was dipping in the mild cooler.  She was a fun person to be around, her laugh and her smile will be missed. Rest easy Cindy. 

Some of my must fondest memories where summers spent in Baytown, in the afternoons Aunt Carmen and Uncle Floyd would put us in the wagon and we would go walking for blocks (I was always so afraid of all the dogs). We would also sit on the steps leading to the up stair that's were we would eat our ice cream. At my wedding reception in 1980 we sent Cindy to the store for something and when she was leaving the store (poor thing) put the car in drive instead of reverse and run into the store. I'm so heartbroken for you all that her time on earth was cut so short. You are all in my prayers.

Cindy was one of a kind. You do not meet true and genuine inside and out in this world anymore but Cindy was that person. She was the one person in 24 years that knew life was busy, that no matter how long it had been our friendship picked up right where it was the last time we spoke. The one person who was always a phone call away when I needed her, No matter what she was there. She was my I need to bury a body person who would bring the shovel and never say a word to anyone lol. She was funny, always made me laugh. She loved with all her heart, would literally move a mountain if she had to to get to you if you needed her. She loved her family so very much and was the peacemaker for everyone. My heart will forever have a void in it because she is gone. I will miss everything about her and her laugh will echo in my mind and heart forever. She was taken from us way too soon.

Thank you for being you. You taught me to always be proud of who you are, no matter what others think. 

Watching you mature, I learned from you. I learned how to hold water. You once told me, “You can’t get the juicy gossip, if people can’t trust you.” So, I don’t tell secrets. 

I learned how to be a hard worker because I saw how hard you worked.  How you never called in, left early, or complained about doing a task. So, I work hard. 

I learned how to love unconditionally, because let’s face it, you had to love me in difficult times. So, I love unconditionally. 

I learned how to love my husband by watching you love Dad. Even when Dad was being Dad, you loved him. So, I love. 

I learned how to give. Christmas was very important to you. It made you so happy to give the girls their Christmas gifts, even though you told Dad you spent “$25”, which we know was a white lie.  You were all about giving, not about receiving. So, I give. 

I am very grateful for the 35 years I spent with you, I just wish I could have more. 

Lastly, I want to say, I hope I made you proud because I’ve always been proud of being your daughter.

I remember at my graduation, she was so happy and just couldn’t stop smiling. She gave me a graduation charm and wore a customized shirt with my face on it, she was so excited to show me. She told me how proud she was and how I was one step closer to becoming who I wanted to become. I’ll never forget those moments, I loved knowing I made her proud and I will continue to make her proud as she watches over me. 

No words could ever describe Cindy. She had a heart as big as she was. Family meant everything to her. 
I first met Cindy when my son Chris Baldwin started dating her daughter Tiffany.  She welcomed my whole family into her family.  She was the best mother in law to my son. When my daughter stayed with Chris and Tiffany she took her under her wing as if she was one of her own. I will forever be grateful for how she treated all of us. It was an honor to have known Cindy. She will forever have a special place in my heart.

Thank you for 37 years of memories.  I still can’t believe that your gone so young.  Your looks your smile and your voice will forever be on this earth through me.  You were loving, caring, and generous with all you came in contact with.  I will miss your famous grill cheese sandwich’s.  One memory I’ll never forget is the smile of joy when Jordan was born and you held her for the first time.  Gone but never forgotten.  

Cynthia was always such a hoot. She was wonderful to work with and she scared some of the younger employees. Oh my God, it was so funny. 
Cynthia had a great sense of humor. A huge loving heart. She was a hard worker. Most of all though, she loved talking about her family. She made you feel like you knew all of them even if you’d never met. 
Felix and family, Cynthia will forever be remembered in many hearts. She touched many people. 

Cindy Lou was so special to me. We didn’t just work together, we built a bond that couldn’t be broken. She helped me find my happy and never gave up on me. I will miss her so much. I love you always. “Love Muffin” aka “Mean Ol Boss Lady”

My best friend from kindergarten through 3rd grade. I moved away and always wondered about you. I just found you a few months ago & I’m so sad that I didn’t drive to Baytown to visit with you. My fondest memories are spending the night at your house with you and Tonya, playing on the playground at Ashbel Smith, & the teachers not being able to understand your accent. I loved being your friend & wish the internet & smart phones were around back then so we could have tons of photos & never lost touch. Praying for your family & friends. 

I will always have beautiful memories of Cyndy.  Little did I know the young girl I went to elementary school with would someday grow up and marry my cousin Felix.  I remember family nights, many years ago,  at the Baytown Mall when I would often see Cyndy pushing a baby stroller.  She loved her husband and beautiful daughters.  I will miss seeing her!
