Cassandra Jimenez

Cassandra Jimenez, 20, of Baytown passed away Friday, September 3, 2016. Cassandra was born April 23, 1996, in Baytown, Texas to J. Luis Jimenez and Yudith Cortez. She was a proud 2014 graduate of Robert E. Lee High School, where she was active in the Robert E. Lee Marching Band. Following high school she attended Lee College. Cassandra's dream was to become a Veterinarian. She loved animals. She also enjoyed shopping, eating out and going to the movies.

Cassandra is survived by her parents; sisters, Leslie and Abril Jimenez; grandparents, Maximino and Genoveva Cortez, Jose Jimenez, Estela Prado; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends and co-workers.

Visitation will be held at Navarre Funeral Home on Thursday, September 8, 2016, beginning at 5:00 p.m. with a rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be on Friday, September 9, 2016, at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 1124 Beech St., Baytown, TX 77520 with Rev. Jesus Lizalde officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Andres Burgoin, Tank Simon, Francisco Cortez, Omar Nicacio, Andres Jimenez, Abraham Jimenez, Jorge Cortez, and Alvaro Jimenez.
