Bobbie Jean Norris

Bobbie Jean Norris, 89, of Crosby, passed away Thursday September 7, 2017. Bobbie attended Faith Presbyterian Church in Baytown, and was a member of P.E.O. and the Dirt Gardeners Club. She was the youngest surviving child of Fred and Mae Cherry. Born on Gulf Hill (Pelly), she was a life-long resident of East Harris County.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Euclid Norris.

She is survived by her daughters, Nancy Baumbach and husband, Clarence, and Cindy Sammons and husband, Jim; grandchildren, James Sammons and husband, BJ, Jeanna Lawrence, Ryan Baumbach and wife, Jackie, and Jamie Wood and husband, Forrest; and eight great-grandchildren.

Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home on Monday September 11, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. After a private burial service, a memorial service will be held at Faith Presbyterian Church at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday September 12, 2017, officiated by Rev. Dr. Jim Gill.
