Nació el día 9 de diciembre en el pueblo de Morovis, P.R. y tristemente pasó a morar con el señor el día 29 de noviembre de 2022 en el pueblo de Bayamón, P.R.

Julian dejó a sus hijos Lillian Pérez Ceballos, Marilyn Pérez Ceballos, Brunilda Pérez Ceballos y Jorge David Pérez Ceballos quienes se encuentran muy tristes y apenados ante su partida.

Un servicio funeral para Julian se llevará a cabo en la Funeraria Álvarez Memorial y su eterno descanso será en el Cementerio Los Cipreses en Bayamón, P.R.
