Wyatt Otis Wentworth, a resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on Saturday June 20, 2015 at the age of 73 after a lengthy battle with cancer. He retired in 2010 after a 30 year career with Our Lady of the Lake Hospital. He was well known by all. His hobbies included hunting, going to the camp, and cooking at the hot air balloon and local festivals. He is survived by his wife Evelyn Higginbotham Wentworth; son, Otis Voss and wife, Shannon; daughter, Tracey Stephens; sister, Barbara Beatty; his two step-grandchildren, Dillon and Brice Case; and he leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wayland Monroe Wentworth, Sr. and Theresa Rohner Wentworth; and brother, Wayland Wentworth, Jr. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 23, 2015, from 10 a.m. until Funeral Service at 12 p.m. Interment will follow on the grounds of Greenoaks Memorial Park.
