"Billy was 60 & died on 3/2/17. He is preceded by his wife, Lisa and his father, Joseph Babin, Jr. (Moon), and survived by his mother, Barbara Babin, siblings & their spouses, Jody & Babs, Claire, Jaime Babin, Sharon & Lewis Winter. Nieces & nephews, Emily, Brett, Krysten, Jace, Cory, Katy, Jake, Jared, & Adelyn. He graduated from Lee High & was a member of PF Local 198. He traveled the world working as a Piping Superintendent. He had recently retired to Phoenix and was loving retirement and traveling. His heart was as big as his personality. Wherever he went he never met a stranger. Billy will be missed by all who knew him. Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Rabenhorst on Florida Blvd from 4:00 pm until memorial service at 7:00 p.m.
