Violet Grace Pourciau

Violet Grace Pourciau, born on September 13, 2023, went into the arms of her loving savior, Jesus Christ, on November 4, 2023. She passed away peacefully in her mother’s arms and her father right by her side. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her parents, Jared and Diana Guidry Pourciau; her big brother, DJ Pourciau; paternal grandparents, Paula and Donald Pourciau; maternal grandparents, Debbie Guidry and Cary Guidry (Brandi); great-grandmother, Diane Meyers; aunt and uncle, Blaire and Todd Mason; and her cousins, Elizabeth and Olivia Mason. A celebration of her life will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 11 am. Visitation will be held from 9 am until time of service. Violet Grace’s short time on earth was nothing short of a miracle. Every prayer for her has been answered. She is completely healed. She brought many people together in prayer and expanded our relationship and faith in the Lord. She has forever impacted our lives in the best way possible. We praise and thank God for her complete and total healing that only Jesus could provide. We will forever cherish the memory of holding her for the first time as she took her last breath.
