Thomas Loupe

Thomas Briggs Loupe was born on February 5th, 1996 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Mimi and Chandler Loupe. Thomas came into this world with a smile on his face that was contagious his whole life. He loved all of his friends as family his whole life. He loved taking trips to Florida and hanging out on the beach with his friends and his red lab, Shep. He loved all animals and had a way with them.

Thomas was a dedicated tennis player and was ranked consistently in the top 10 in the state of Louisiana from the age of 12 to 15. Thomas was an avid deer and duck hunter and spent many hours in the backwoods of Louisiana chasing white tail deer and watching ducks fly by with Shep. He loved listening to music and frequented concerts around the south with his friends. Thomas loved watching movies and eating at new restaurants.

Thomas was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Dr. William Gorgas Palfrey and Rosemary Carrere Palfrey. He is survived by his mother and father, Mary Palfrey Loupe and John Chandler Loupe, his two brothers John Chandler Loupe Jr. and William Palfrey Loupe. He is also survived by his paternal grandparents Dr. John F. Loupe and Joel Girod Loupe. Thomas is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

We will forever love you Thomas. We know you're running up there.

Visitation and Funeral Mass will be held Friday December 30th at St George Catholic Church, 7808 St George Dr, Baton Rouge, LA 70809. Visitation will be held from 9:30 am - 11:00 am, and the Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 am.
