“Tom”
A native and resident of Baton Rouge, LA,
he died at home on Thursday, October 26,
2017, at the age of 60.
He was born January 24, 1957 and was a
1975 graduate of Denham Springs High
School. He retired as a sales representative
in the furniture industry
Preceded in death by his father, John R. Fry,
Sr.; brother-in-law, Gary Verzwyvelt;
nephews, Bobby Newman Jr and Chandler
Ellisor; and nieces, Camille Fry and Rachel
Childers.
Survived by his wife of 35 years, Lyn
Childers Fry; daughter, Kacie Fry; son,
Thomas R. “Tommy” Fry Jr.; mother, Jane
Fry; siblings and their spouses, Jack and
Ann Fry, Chris and Cheri Fry, Jane and Jim
Robinson, Annie Verzwyvelt; and numerous
nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Saturday, November 4,
2017, 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. at Immaculate
Conception Catholic Church, Denham Springs,
LA, with mass following.
