Terry Lane Roberts Sr.

Terry Lane Roberts, Sr., native of Farmerville, LA and longtime resident of Baton Rouge, LA., passed away on May 30, 2023 at the age of 74. Graduate of Baker High School, Terry began his career with Exxon Mobil where he dedicated 40 years before retiring. He enjoyed coaching softball, LSU sports, wood working, reading John Grisham books, and the Smoky Mountains.

Terry is survived by his loving children, Jennifer Roberts and Lane Roberts; and his granddaughter, Ashlyn Paige Schmidt. He is preceded in death by his wife, Claudette Watts Roberts; mother, Ruby Simpson Villers; father and mother-in-law, Claude and Ethel Watts; and numerous aunts and uncles.

A visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Monday, June 5, 2023 from 9 am until funeral service at 11 am. Burial will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Lane Roberts, Russell Milligan, Tim Hunter, Philip Doucet, Todd Campbell, and Thomas Doucet. Honorary pallbearers will be David Doucet, Samuel Doucet, and Sammy Hunter.
