Sterling Michael O'Bryant, beloved son, grandson, brother, and boyfriend entered his heavenly home as God decided to take him early from this earth on August 3, 2021. He was 24 years old and a resident and native of Baton Rouge. He loved hunting, fishing, traveling, playing baseball, and eating sweets. When he flashed his smile, it was so bright, it caused everyone around him to smile as well. He worked with his brother, Steven, and his grandfather, Charlie, at Baton Rouge A/C-a job where Sterling did what he did best-fixing problems, and making people smile to go along with it. He was respected both personally and professionally, and never met someone that he couldn't make laugh, joke, and smile right along with him. He was blessed to have met the love of his life, Gena, four years ago. He was well-loved and happy in life. He is survived by his grandparents, Charlie and Edith, brother, Steven, sister, Stacey (Adam), father, Charlie Jr. (Joanna), aunt and uncle, Karla and Jeffrey, cousins, Kathryn and Michael, great-grandmother Margaret, and his sweetheart, Gena. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home, Friday, August 6 at 8:30 am with a rosary and service to follow at 12 noon and interment following the service.
